Privacy Policy

Your data stays yours. We collect only what’s needed — no ads, no selling, no wallet access.

1) Overview

BotFabric Mine (“we”, “us”) provides downloadable mining software and profiles. We respect your privacy and collect only what is needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not custody pool funds or access your wallet balances.

2) Data We Collect

Account & Order Data: name, email, billing info, purchased products, invoices.
Support Data: messages and attachments you send us (e.g., logs/screenshots you choose to share).
Optional Device Details: if you provide hardware specs to get recommendations (stored locally in your browser by default; we don’t receive these unless you send them to support).
Operational Metadata: basic logs and error reports related to downloads, license checks, and update availability (no keystrokes, no background surveillance).

3) Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your pool balances, private keys, seed phrases, or exchange credentials. Mining traffic goes from your device directly to your chosen pool. The devfee window only directs a small portion of mining time and does not grant us access to your payouts.

4) Payments

Payments are processed by trusted providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Klarna/iDEAL). We do not store full card details on our servers. We keep transaction IDs and invoice data for accounting and compliance.

5) Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies and browser localStorage to keep your session, cart, and preferences (e.g., currency, region). We avoid marketing trackers. Any analytics we use are privacy-friendly and aggregate only (see below).

6) Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (e.g., cookieless or anonymized IP). No cross-site tracking and no sale of personal data. We use this strictly to understand product usage and improve stability.

7) How We Use Data

Fulfill orders (downloads, invoices), provide support (resolve issues), improve the Service (diagnostics, updates), and comply with law (tax/audit). Legal bases under GDPR include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (where applicable), and legal obligation.

8) Sharing with Processors

We share necessary data with processors who help run the Service (e.g., hosting, email, payments, support tools). They process data under our instructions and cannot use it for their own marketing. We never sell personal data.

9) International Transfers

If data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and require processors to provide adequate protection.

10) Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege). No internet service can be 100% secure; please keep your systems and wallets safe and up to date.

11) Retention

Order and invoice records are kept as required by tax law (typically up to 7 years). Support tickets are kept up to 24 months. Diagnostic logs are kept for the minimum time needed (often 30–90 days) unless required longer for security or legal reasons.

12) Your Rights

Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. We will respond within statutory timeframes.

13) Children

Our Service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

14) Contact

For privacy requests or questions, email support@botfabric.com. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

15) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
